Tata Chemicals Limited

Our office is located at Quarter No. S 1 /1 in the Tata Chemicals Township. This is one of the spots right in Mithapur where we handle the day-to-day things for the company. It’s a standard township quarter, nothing fancy about it. We’ve got some old wooden desks and chairs that have been here longer than I have. The floors are easy to clean, which is good because dust gets in everywhere. Since it’s a residential area, you see people walking their dogs or kids coming home from school while you’re trying to finish a report. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere for a chemical company office. We don't have a reception desk or a lobby. You just walk in and someone will be there to help you. We handle a lot of the local coordination and keeping track of the supplies. It’s a lot of writing things down and checking them twice. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just take a break until it comes back on. It’s not the kind of place where people are stressed out all the time. We know what needs to be done, and we do it. It’s a small community, so we all look out for each other. If someone’s bike breaks down, we help them fix it. That’s just how we operate at this location every single day.
