Ruturaj Spices Products

Working out of Plot No. 2/B in the Hapa Industrial Estate, Ruturaj Spices Products is a busy place to be. The industrial estate is always full of trucks and the smell of various things being made or processed. In our corner, it’s all about the spices. We spend our hours sorting through bags, checking the quality of what comes in, and getting things packed up. It is physical work and can get quite dusty, especially when we are handling the finer powders. Our clothes usually smell like the spices by the end of the day, which is just part of the job. The building is a basic industrial unit with high ceilings and not much in the way of comfort. We prioritize getting the product right over having a nice office. There is a lot of noise from the neighboring plots, but you get used to it after a while. We have a routine that we follow to make sure nothing gets mixed up. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything clean in an environment like this. We don't really have time for much else besides the work at hand. We start early when the air is still a bit cool and keep going until the daily targets are met. It’s a tough environment but we’ve been here at Hapa for a while now and we know the ropes. It is just honest, hard work day in and day out.
