Raj Plastic Products

We are located at C-2/94 in the G.I.D.C. Industrial Estate over in Shanker Tekri. If you know the Udyog Nagar area, you know it is always busy with trucks and people moving crates around. Raj Plastic Products is one of those spots where the machines never really seem to stop humming. It gets quite warm inside the unit because of the heaters we use for the plastic molds. We spend a lot of our time checking the parts as they come off the line to make sure they aren't warped or the wrong color. There is always a smell of warm plastic in the air, which you get used to after the first few days. My desk is tucked in a corner near the back door where there is a bit of a breeze. We deal with a lot of different small items that people don't think much about but need every day. The floor is concrete and stays pretty messy with scraps until we sweep up at the end of the shift. It’s not a quiet place to work, especially when the big grinders are running. We've got a small crew here and we all know our jobs. We take our breaks together outside near the gate. It’s just a regular factory doing regular work in a busy part of town.
