Ravi Indane Agency

The Ravi Indane Agency is run out of Ashapura Nivas, right across from the NCC Office here. Bipendrasinh Jadeja and the rest of us stay pretty busy with the daily routine. Our address is at 104, Panchvati Gavshala, and it's a place most locals can find without too much trouble. Running an agency like this means we are constantly on the move. Phones ringing, people stopping by with questions about their gas, and trying to keep the delivery schedules on track. It’s a lot of juggling. We aren't trying to sound like some high-end firm. We are just a local agency doing what needs to be done. Sometimes we run behind schedule because of a truck breakdown or just because there are too many stops to make in one day. People get impatient sometimes, and we understand that. We just try to talk to them like neighbors. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs and a lot of registers to keep track of things. Being opposite the NCC office helps people give directions to find us easily. We’ve been here long enough that the regulars know our names. It’s a noisy, busy kind of job, but it feels good to be part of the community. We don't have any big speeches to give about our work. We just show up and handle the gas deliveries the best we can every single day.
