Vinod Impex

We operate out of Vinod House, which is right by Bedi Gate on Dhan Street. It’s an old part of the city, so the streets are narrow and always full of people and scooters. Our building is a bit of a landmark for us, even if it’s just an old house converted into an office and storage space. Being in the impex business means we spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists of what’s coming in and what’s going out. Boxes are stacked up in the corners, and the smell of old paper and dust is everywhere. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls and carpets. We have old wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days. We’ve been at this for a long time. People know to find us near the gate. The traffic outside is constant, and you can always hear the horns honking from morning till night. We don't do a lot of fancy advertising. Most of our contacts are people we’ve known for twenty years. We deal with all sorts of goods, moving them from one place to another. It can be stressful when a shipment is delayed at the port, but that’s just the nature of the work. We just take it day by day. If you drop by, you might have to wait a minute while we finish a long-distance call. That’s just how we work here at Vinod House.
