Ok Engineers

We are located over at Plot No-776 in the Dared area, which is part of the GIDC Phase-2 in Jamnagar. It is an industrial zone, so there is always the sound of metal hitting metal or machines humming in the background. Our workshop isn't very large, but we have crammed a lot of equipment into the space we have. There are lathes and drills that have seen better days but still work perfectly fine for what we need to do. Most of the time, the floor is covered in small metal shavings and a bit of oil, which is just part of being an engineer. I usually spend my mornings checking the machines and making sure we have enough material for the day’s tasks. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If someone wants to talk to us, they just walk right into the shop and find me near the back. Sometimes it gets quite hot under the tin roof, especially when the afternoon sun is beating down. We take breaks when we can, usually sitting on some old crates near the entrance to get a bit of a breeze. It's a straightforward life here. We take the blueprints or the verbal instructions and we make the parts. Some days things go wrong and we have to fix a machine, but that is just how engineering goes. Most of our work is for other factories around Jamnagar, and we’ve been doing it this way since we opened the doors here.
