You can find us at 22 Narayan Nagar, right across from Gulab Nagar. It’s a pretty easy landmark to spot if you’re around this side of town. We’ve been set up here for a good bit of time, and the neighborhood knows us fairly well. There’s a lot of coming and going because of the nature of what we do. At Karan Impex, we mostly spend our time coordinating between different vendors and making sure the inventory is where it should be. It’s not always glamorous work, and sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples and folders, but we know where everything is. The area around here is usually quite lively, especially in the afternoons. We try to stay focused on the day-to-day tasks like checking orders and following up on logistics. Sometimes the internet acts up or a delivery is late, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't fancy folks. We just show up, do the work, and head home. Most of our day is spent on the phone or responding to emails about shipping schedules. It’s a lot of tracking numbers and making sure the weights are correct on the manifests. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but our spot stays pretty much the same. We like the routine of it all. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from Monday through Saturday, year after year, and we like it that way.
