We’ve been here at Shop No. 19 for quite a while now. It’s inside the Kailash Complex right near the Nagar Gate in Jam-Khambhalia. Most days start the same way, opening up the shutters and dusting off the monitors. There is always a stack of CPUs waiting in the corner for someone to look at them. People from around the neighborhood drop by when their laptops won't turn on or if they need a new mouse. It gets a bit cramped when we have three or four people standing inside at once, especially with all the spare parts we keep on the shelves. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out for a bit, but that's just how it is here. We mostly just focus on getting through the repairs and making sure people have what they need for their home setups. The complex is usually busy in the afternoons, so it gets noisy with folks walking past our door to the other shops. We keep a small stool outside for when it gets too stuffed with boxes inside. It isn't a fancy showroom with bright lights, just a regular place where we work on computers and talk to the locals. Jam-Khambhalia has changed some, but our little corner in Kailash Complex stays pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down, handle the technical stuff, and close up once the sun goes down. It's nothing special, just us working every day.
