Apple Children Hospital

We are located on the third floor of the Sanjivani Complex, which is right on Bus Stand Road, just across from the Bank of Baroda. It is a very busy part of the city because of all the people coming and going from the bus station. Being a children’s hospital, our hallways are rarely quiet. There is almost always a kid crying or someone laughing, and we have grown to appreciate that noise over time. The walls are painted in bright colors to make it look a bit more friendly, but the paint is starting to chip away in a few places near the floor. We have an elevator in the building, but it can be a bit slow and moody, so many parents end up taking the stairs. The waiting area is often filled with families, and we have a small corner with some old plastic toys to keep the little ones busy. The doctors here stay quite busy, and sometimes the appointments run late because a child is being particularly difficult or needs extra time. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or anything like that, just a simple water cooler in the corner. Our staff is used to the mess that kids make, so we are always walking around with a cloth or a broom. It is a lot of hard work and the hours can be very long, but we just want to help the kids get better so they can go home.
