Vision Customer Benefit Point. We are tucked away behind Dream Land School. If you’re coming from Ramlila Ground Road, you have to turn onto Disco Road. It’s a bit of a maze back here in Janipur, but most people find us eventually if they look for the school gates. You can hear the school bell ringing and the kids playing during their breaks. It makes the day go by a bit faster. We aren't a big operation. It’s just a room with a few tables and some chairs for people to wait. We deal with a lot of different things throughout the day. People come in with papers or questions about various services. We try to help them out without making a big fuss. It’s often dusty on Disco Road because of the construction nearby, so we are always sweeping the floor or wiping down the desks. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s not a priority right now. We prefer to just get on with the work. We've been at this spot for a few years now. The neighbors are nice, mostly other small shops and families living upstairs. It’s a very local feel. We don't have a big corporate logo or anything fancy like that. Just the name on the door. It’s a practical place for practical people. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down. That’s just how it is here in Janipur.
