Subhashita Construction Private Limited is located over in Phase-II of Tophsherkhania. You can find us in Ward No 59, right near Mandlik Nagar. Shatrughan Singh is the one who handles the main bits of the business. We do a lot of construction work around the Jammu area. It’s mostly about showing up and doing what needs to be done on the site. We don't have a big corporate headquarters, just our spot here in the 181121 area. Dealing with building materials and the local heat in Jammu keeps us on our toes. We’ve got a small team that knows the streets and the local rules. Sometimes the permits take longer than we want, but that’s just how it goes. We try to be practical about every project. If you walk by our place, you’ll probably see us looking over some plans or talking to some suppliers. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a bit now. People come to us when they have a project in mind. We don't make big promises, we just try to get the walls up straight. It's a lot of coordination between the workers and the delivery trucks. Every day is a bit different depending on which stage of the build we are at. We’re just local people doing local work. That's the heart of it. We just keep our heads down and finish the job.
