Parsvnath Developers Ltd is located at 64 Patoli Mangotrian in Jammu. Our office is right here in the Jammu Kashmir region, which is a beautiful place to be based. The building itself is pretty standard for this area. We’ve been working on various development projects around the city for a while. There’s always something being built or planned, so we stay quite occupied. The weather here can be quite something, especially when the seasons change. We just keep at it regardless. Blueprints are scattered around the office and there is a lot of talk about materials and timelines. It's not a very quiet place, as people are always coming in and out to discuss site work. A small team manages the day-to-day stuff. Sometimes the tea lady forgets to come. In those cases, someone has to make a fresh pot, which usually leads to a mess in the tiny kitchen area. Big advertisements aren't really our thing. Most people in the neighborhood know where we are already. We just try to do a decent job on the projects we take on. Traffic in Patoli Mangotrian can be a bit of a headache during rush hour, so planning site visits around those times is essential. It’s a busy life, but seeing things being built and improved in our own town is rewarding. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized.
