Shasin Industries Llp is based at Plot No 52 B in Phase I of the Industrial Area Estate in Gangyal. Being in an industrial estate means it is always noisy and there are always trucks moving in and out, which suits us just fine. We are right in the middle of all the action in Jammu. Our setup is pretty basic because we are focused on the industrial side of things rather than having a pretty office for show. We deal with various industrial tasks and supplies, and most of our day is spent managing the floor and making sure the orders are getting processed correctly. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of inventory. The Gangyal area is the heart of industry here, so we are surrounded by other businesses doing similar things. We don’t have a big corporate hierarchy or anything like that. It’s just a handful of us making sure the daily operations run smoothly. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery is late, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That is just part of running a business in this part of the world. We focus on the practical side of things and don't worry too much about the rest. It's a busy, dusty, and productive place to be every day.
