We work out of House No 485 in Bakshi Nagar. It’s a regular residential street, so it doesn’t look like a typical tech office from the outside. We’ve set up our desks and computers in the rooms upstairs. It’s actually quite nice because it feels more like a home than a sterile office building. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee and sometimes heat up lunch. The neighbors are mostly families who have lived here for years. Sometimes it’s hard for delivery drivers to find us because the house numbers are a bit jumbled on this block. We do a lot of coding and technical work here. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of typing and some quiet chatter. We don't have a big sign outside, just the house number. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but the area is peaceful enough. We try not to make too much noise so we don't bother the people living next door. The internet can be a bit slow on rainy days, but we manage. We don’t have a receptionist, so if someone knocks on the door, whoever is closest just goes to answer it. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. We wear regular clothes and just focus on getting the projects finished on time. We usually wrap things up by six and make sure the gate is locked before we leave for the night.
