Mutiyan Construction Private Limited

Mutiyan Construction Private Limited is located over in Lane 8 of Umerabad in the Bathindi area of Jammu. If you know Bathindi, you know it can be a bit of a maze with all the different lanes, but Lane 8 is where we have set up shop. It is a residential kind of area, so it stays fairly quiet compared to the main roads. We are a small construction outfit that mostly handles local jobs around the Jammu region. There are a few of us who run the place and we try to keep things as simple as possible. We don't have any big mission statements or complicated ways of doing things. Usually, we just get together in the morning, look at the schedules, and head out to whichever site needs us. The office itself is just a practical space for keeping our tools and our records. Since we are based in Jammu, we have to deal with the heat in the summers, which definitely changes how we plan our work hours. We try to get most of the heavy lifting done before the sun gets too high. It’s just a normal business run by normal people who know how to build things. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and most of the people nearby know who we are. We just take things one project at a time.
