Mccs Infra is based at House Number 244 in Sector 2 of Roop Nagar, Jammu. It’s mostly a residential area, so we try to keep our office work quiet so we don't bother the neighbors too much. We do infrastructure and construction projects all around Jammu Tawi. It’s a fairly straightforward operation. We have a small team of workers and we spend most of our time out on site rather than sitting behind a desk. The house in Roop Nagar serves as our main point of contact and where we handle all the administrative stuff like payroll and taxes. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular house where we’ve set up some desks and filing cabinets in one of the rooms. We started this because we saw a lot of growth happening in Jammu and wanted to be part of the building process. We handle everything from the initial planning to the actual heavy building work. Sometimes the supply chains get backed up or the materials don't arrive when they should, which can be frustrating, but we just deal with it as it comes. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a bunch of slogans. We just want to do decent work that lasts for a long time. Being in Roop Nagar is nice because it’s a good community and everyone knows each other. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure our crews have everything they need.
