Down in Village Kool Kalan near Arnia, you will find Mansaram Infracon Private Limited. We operate out of Sikander Singh’s place. He is the son of Mansa Ram, and this whole thing started because we wanted to do something useful in our own part of Jammu. Arnia is a specific kind of place, and we are quite used to the way things work here. Our office isn't anything like those glass buildings you see in cities. It is just a room where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to work. Working in the infrastructure sector means a lot of dust and long hours on the road. We deal with whatever comes our way, from small repairs to bigger site jobs. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is quiet enough to catch up on the books. We don't use any fancy talk or marketing tricks because our work speaks for itself in the village. It is hard to keep everything perfectly on schedule sometimes because of how things are, but we always try to get the job finished. Sikander keeps an eye on the details while the rest of us are out in the field. It’s a local business through and through. We know the roads and the people around here quite well. It is just about being dependable and showing up when we say we will. We don't need any big awards to know we are doing alright for the village and the families living here.
