Our place is over in Swaran Vihar, in the Police Colony area near Muthi. The address is 21-F on Lane Number 20. It’s a local spot here in Jammu. We work in the food sector. It’s not a huge factory or anything like that. We started this because we wanted to do something for ourselves. The office is small and tucked away in the colony. Most people who live around here know us. We don't have a big marketing budget or any fancy brochures. We just do the work and hope people like what we produce. The weather in Jammu can be a challenge, especially when the monsoon hits and the streets get messy. We’ve got a small group of people working here. It’s a very informal environment. We don't wear suits or have long board meetings. We just sit down and decide what needs to be cooked or packed for the day. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we fix them. It’s all part of running a small business. Being in the Police Colony means it’s relatively quiet. We like the location. It’s a practical place to run a business from. We don't have any grand visions for the future. We just want to keep doing what we are doing. Most days are just a cycle of checking orders and making sure the supplies haven't run out.
