KALIDHAR CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We've been at H.No 194 in Lane 4 for a while now. It's in Section 5 of Vikas Colony, down in Lower Roop Nagar. Jammu is where we live and where we work. Kalidhar Constructions isn't some big faceless office. We are just a few people trying to get things built right in our own neighborhood. Sometimes the weather in Jammu gets too hot to think, but we keep the office open anyway. We started this small company because there was a lot of work to be done around here. You might see us walking around Lane 4 or grabbing tea nearby. Most days are just about managing materials and making sure the guys know where they need to be. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, really. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a regular house turned into a workspace. People around here know us by name, which is how we like it. The streets in Lower Roop Nagar can be tight, so getting trucks in and out is always a bit of a puzzle. We deal with the same issues everyone else does, like the power cutting out or the rain slowing things down. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late. We just do what needs doing and try to keep things moving forward one day at a time without too much fuss or trouble.
