Jammu has some busy spots, and Channi Himmat is definitely one of them, but Pocket 6 feels a bit more tucked away. We spend most of our time at Flat 6, which is part of Block-B in Sector 2. It’s a simple space. We don’t have a massive lobby or anything like that, just a door with the company name on it. Most days, we just come in, pull up the chairs, and get to work on the developer stuff we handle. The light in the afternoon comes through the window pretty strong, and you can hear people moving around the block. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s got that lived-in feel, not like those cold, empty glass buildings you see in big cities. We like it here because it is easy to find, and everyone knows the landmark of Channi Himmat. We’ve got some maps on the wall and a few old chairs for when people stop by to chat about projects. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when we have everyone in at once, but we make it work. It’s just how things are for us at JCM DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED. We keep the kettle going for tea and try to stay on top of the paperwork that piles up. It is a practical office for practical work. Nothing more, nothing less. We just handle the day-to-day things as they come and try to keep everything organized.
