Up in Top Sher Khanian, life moves at its own pace. Jamwal Enterprises is located in Mohalla Ustad Kacchi Chawni. It’s right opposite the Wall Mart Sher Khanian and very close to the BSF Camp. If you’re from around here, you know the area is quite distinct. We have been here for a long time, watching the neighborhood change around us. The BSF Camp nearby means there’s always some activity on the roads. Our place is simple. We don’t have a lobby or anything like that. It’s just an office where we handle our business affairs. Sometimes we sit outside if the weather is okay, just to keep an eye on the street. It’s a very local operation. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the people who live in the Mohalla. When we started, things were much quieter, but we’ve grown used to the hum of the neighborhood. We don’t spend money on big signs or advertising. Most people find us because they know where we are or someone told them. It’s a very old-school way of doing things. We just try to stay organized and get our work done without making a big deal out of it. There’s usually a pot of tea going and someone coming in to ask a question. It’s just a normal, hardworking day for us in this corner of the world.
