INGENIUM CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

We are over at Plot Number 260 on Lane Number 5 in Vidhata Nagar, Jammu. It’s a pretty standard spot in the city. Ingenium Construction Private Limited is our small outfit, and we handle various building jobs around the Jammu area. The heat here in the summer is no joke, so we usually try to get the heavy work done early in the morning. Our office is just a regular place on Lane 5 where we keep our records and meet with people. It’s not fancy or anything. We do construction because that’s what we know. There’s always something to be fixed or built in a place like Jammu. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different crews and making sure the trucks can get into the lanes. It’s a lot of phone calls and standing around in the dust. We aren't a big corporate firm with a hundred employees. We are just local people working in the trade. We know the shops nearby and where to get the best materials for a fair price. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down, but we just deal with it and keep going. That is just how the construction business is. We’ve been at this address for a while and we’re quite used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It keeps us on our toes and provides a living for our families. We are just around the corner if needed.
