Our office is at 410/1 in Channi Himmat. It’s a decent area, quite a bit of activity most days. Crescent Commercial Developers Llp is basically just a few of us who have been in the property and development side of things for a good bit of time. We spend a lot of our mornings just going over plans or talking to people who want to put up a shop or some office space. It’s not always easy, as anyone in this business knows. There are always delays with supplies or the rain messes up the schedule. We don't really do the big flashy ads you see on TV. We just work on what’s in front of us. Channi Himmat has changed a lot since we started, and we’ve seen a lot of new buildings go up around us. We try to stay focused on what needs doing today rather than worrying about five years from now. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up and the office looks like a bit of a mess with blueprints everywhere, but we know where everything is. We mostly work with locals who are looking to expand their businesses. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we even end up working Sundays if a deadline is really tight, though we try to avoid that if we can. It is just plain work for plain people, done by a small team that likes to stay local.
