C 3 General Store

We are located in the New Building at Bagh Mehtab. It’s a quiet enough spot in Srinagar, right near the water plant in Kralpora. The shop isn't huge, but we have most things people need for their homes every day. My family has been around this area for a long time, so we know most of the people who walk through the door. It gets a bit busy in the mornings when folks are heading out. We spend most of our day just checking the stock and making sure the milk and bread are fresh. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late because of the weather, but that is just how it goes here. There’s a lot of walking traffic from the nearby houses. We don't have fancy displays or anything like that. It’s just shelves with salt, sugar, soap, and the usual stuff you run out of at home. If you are coming from the water plant side, you will see us right there. We stay open until late evening so workers can grab what they need on their way back. It is a simple life running a store like this. We just try to keep the place clean and have what the neighbors are looking for. Nothing more to it. Sometimes we sit outside when it's quiet. The building is still quite new, so it feels decent inside. We hope to stay here for many more years as the neighborhood grows.
