Black Stone Infrastructures is based out of Plot No 225 in Jagatpur. We are right there in Lakhanpur, Kathua. It's a dusty part of the world, especially with all the trucks moving through Jammu and Kashmir. Our office is practical and doesn't have much in the way of decoration. We focus on the work itself. There is always a lot of activity around Lakhanpur because it’s a gateway area. We spend our time managing projects that involve a lot of heavy lifting. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. Most of us are in boots and covered in a bit of dirt by noon. We’ve been at this for a while now. Some days the sun in Kathua is relentless, but the work doesn't stop. We handle the logistical headaches that come with infrastructure. It’s about getting the stone and the machines to the right place at the right time. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck getting stuck or a delivery being late. We just deal with it and move on. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a solid job for the people we work with. If you come by Plot 225, you’ll see we are just regular people working hard.
