Our place is located right at Gosala More in Jalpaiguri. It’s a busy spot in town, so there is always something going on outside our windows with people and cars moving around. We set up this IT hub because there was a need for it here in this part of West Bengal. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we keep our servers and workstations. We spend most of our days staring at screens or fixing hardware that people bring in from around the district. Jalpaiguri is a good place to be, even if the rain gets a bit heavy during the monsoon and makes it hard to get around. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees; we are just a small group of people who understand how computers work and want to help others get their systems running. You’ll usually find a couple of us drinking tea and looking over some data or trying to get a network back online. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website that looks like it cost a fortune. We just rely on local people knowing where we are at Gosala More. It’s practical work. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while and we plan on staying right here for a long time.
