Ishan Information Technology Solutions is based out of Banarhat. It’s a smaller place compared to the big cities, but we make it work. We handle computer stuff and tech problems for people around here. Whether it's a broken screen or someone needing help with their network, we try to fix it. We aren't a giant tech firm with thousands of employees. It’s just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. The office is simple. We have tools scattered on the benches and parts waiting to be used. Banarhat is quiet, which we like. We don't have to deal with the huge rush of a metro. Most of our customers are locals or small businesses from the surrounding area. They come in because they know we won't charge them for things they don't need. We spend our days troubleshooting and searching for parts online. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought, and we have to tell the customer to wait another day. That’s just the reality of tech work. We don't use fancy jargon when we talk to people. We just explain what's wrong in plain English. We’ve been here for a bit now and have built a steady rhythm. It’s a good way to earn a living while helping the community stay connected. It’s hard work but when a machine starts up again, it feels pretty good.
