Girafferoof Studio Llp is located in Jalpaiguri. Specifically, we are on the 2nd floor of the International Market in Rajganj. It’s a busy area and finding parking for a scooter or car is usually a headache. We share space with Suvnik Concierge Service. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs to get to 26. We do creative work here, mostly design stuff and some digital projects. The office has big windows but they get dusty pretty fast from the road traffic below. I usually bring my lunch from home because the local shops get too packed at noon. My desk is a mess of sketches and half-empty coffee cups. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we just wait it out or talk. It's a small team, mostly just friends who decided to start something. We aren't trying to be huge or anything. We just like making things that look decent for people who ask us. The market downstairs has everything you need if you forget your charger or want a quick snack. People walk in and out all day. It gets noisy but you get used to the sounds of the street. Rajganj is a good place to be if you like being near the action. We have a couple of old chairs that probably need replacing soon. It’s not fancy but it’s our space. We spend a lot of time arguing about colors and fonts for different jobs.
