We’ve been at Daftari House for quite a long time now. If you head down Bhagat Toli Road and get close to Gandhi Chowk, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s a busy area but we like it here. Daftari Tea Estate Pvt. Ltd. is basically just us doing what we know. We spend most of our days dealing with the tea side of things. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we handle the paperwork and logistics. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but that is part of life in this neighborhood. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a handful of people making sure things get done. We know the roads around here well. People stop by sometimes just to ask directions or see what we are up to. We try to keep things simple. Running a tea estate business involves a lot of small details that most folks don't see. We just focus on getting through the daily list. The building itself has some character to it. It’s been our base for years. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the business moving along. Most of the staff has been with us for a while, so we know each other's habits. If you are ever near the chowk, you’ll see our sign. It’s nothing special, just a place where we work and talk about tea all day. We like the routine. It keeps us grounded.
