Our company, Tanmy Polyfilms Pvt. Ltd., is situated at Gut No.22 within the Bagadia Infra Ltd. area on Navha Road. It’s a bit out of the way compared to the city center, but it gives us the space we need for our operations. We deal with polyfilms, which means we spend a lot of time around large rolls of plastic and big industrial machinery. The warehouse is quite large and can get a bit drafty in the winter months. We started here because the location made sense for logistics and getting trucks in and out. It’s a lot of manual labor, moving heavy rolls and making sure the film is produced without any defects. We have a crew that knows how to handle the machinery, and we mostly just focus on getting the work done. We don't spend money on fancy offices or decor. The focus is always on the production line. Most of the people working here have been with us since the beginning. We’ve had to learn a lot over the years as the technology changed, but we still do things in a very hands-on way. It’s not the kind of job where you sit at a desk all day. We are always on our feet, checking the quality and making sure the machines are running smoothly. It’s a steady business, and we are glad to be part of the local industrial landscape. We just try to be reliable and keep our machines running.
