Our facility is located out at the Five Star MIDC in Shendra, which is near Aurangabad. We are at plot A-1/1. It is a massive industrial area, and honestly, it is easy to get a bit lost if you don't know the landmarks. We have been part of this industrial belt for many years. The focus here is on cars and the various parts that go into them. There is a lot of activity every single day, with different shifts of workers coming in and going out at all hours. It is not like a regular office job where you sit at a desk all day. You are often on your feet or moving between different sections of the large plant. The heat in Aurangabad can be quite intense during the summer months, but the plant is built to handle it. We have a lot of people working here from all over the country. It feels a bit like a small town inside the company gates once the shift starts. We don’t really spend any time on fancy talk or meetings. The work is all about precision and making sure the assembly lines keep moving without any hitches. You see a lot of components coming in and finished vehicles eventually rolling out the other side. Lunchtime is when the canteen gets really crowded, and that is usually the only time we get to catch up.
