Pooja Industries

We are over at C-29 in the New MIDC area. It is a typical industrial zone, so there are a lot of factories and sheds all around us. We have been running Pooja Industries out of this unit for a long time. It is mostly manual work, lots of machines humming and people moving parts around. The floor is concrete and it has seen a lot of wear over the years. We do not have an air-conditioned office or anything. We just have a small desk in the corner where we keep the ledger and the phone. It is hot in the afternoons, but we have a few big fans that keep the air moving. My brother and I started this place with just a couple of machines we bought second-hand. Now we have a few more, but it is still a small operation. We do not do much advertising. People in the MIDC know us and they just drop by when they need something made or fixed. It is a simple life, really. We get here early, drink some tea, and start the machines. We stay until the work for the day is finished. There is no secret to it, just showing up and doing the labor. That is how we have always done things here at C-29. It is noisy and busy, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
