Hotel Amrit Residency Restaurants

Hotel Amrit Residency Restaurants is part of the main hotel building in Nanded. We are located right across from the LIC office, which is a big landmark around here. Being near Hingoli Naka makes us easy to find for anyone coming into the city from that side. The restaurant stays pretty busy because of the people coming to the government offices nearby for their paperwork. They usually want a quick lunch before they head back to work. We have a decent amount of seating. The tables are heavy wood and we use plain white plates. It’s not a place for a romantic dinner, but it’s good for a solid meal. The staff has been with us for a long time. We don't wear those stiff uniforms you see in the big city hotels. We just wear our regular clothes and an apron. The kitchen is tucked away in the back. You can hear the pans clanging and the smell of spices usually drifts out into the lobby. Because we are inside the Residency, we also take care of the people staying in the rooms upstairs. Sometimes they want tea at odd hours, so someone is usually around. Nanded is a busy place, and this corner near the LIC office is always humming with scooters and rickshaws. We just keep our doors open and keep the fans running to stay cool. It is just how things have always been here.
