Yuvaashoka Agrotech was put together by a few of us who grew up around these fields. We do farming and training, but we do it our own way. There are no shortcuts in this kind of work. We’ve had some bad years and some good ones, just like every other farmer in Maharashtra. We don't have a big website or a marketing team. We just have our reputation in Pawar Nagar. People know where we are if they need help with their crops. It’s a quiet life, but it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk.
