Vijay Dairy

Vijay Dairy is right in the heart of Visanji Nagar. We open up pretty early in the morning, usually before the sun is even up. That’s when the first deliveries come in. It’s a busy time, everyone is moving fast to get things ready for the day. We’ve been in Visanji Nagar for a long time, and most of our neighbors know us by name. The shop isn't huge, but we have enough space for everything we need. You can usually hear the crates rattling and the refrigerators humming from the street. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or a big website. We just rely on people coming in and getting what they need. Some days the supply is a bit short, and other days we have more than we can sell. That’s just the way it goes with a dairy. My uncle used to run this place, and now it’s my turn to keep things moving. We try to keep the floors clean and the shelves stocked. It's hard work, standing on your feet all day, but we're used to it. Sometimes kids from the school nearby stop in for a snack. It makes the day go by faster. We don't have any big plans to expand or move. Visanji Nagar is home for us, and Vijay Dairy is just part of the neighborhood. We’re just here doing our bit every day without making a big fuss.
