Ramada Resort ,Goa

Even though the name mentions Goa, our actual office is located in Anand Nagar, Jalgaon. We are based in Maharashtra, specifically at the address in the 425201 zip code area. It might seem a bit unusual, but this is where we manage the hospitality and booking side of things. We aren't in a big resort building with a swimming pool here. It’s just a practical office space in a regular neighborhood. We spend most of our time talking to guests on the phone and coordinating with staff at different locations. Jalgaon is a busy place, and Anand Nagar has its own local charm. Our office is usually a bit of a mess with schedules and supply lists pinned to the walls. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. We don't use fancy titles or have long meetings that don't go anywhere. If there’s a guest who needs something, we just figure out how to provide it. Sometimes the local weather gets really hot, so we try to get most of our heavy work done early in the morning. We don’t have a polished marketing department. We just answer the phones and try to be as helpful as possible to everyone who calls. It’s a very straightforward way of running things. We like being part of the community here in Jalgaon and have been at this location for quite a while now.
