Mimaswa Hotels India Private Limited is located out in Chalisgaon, in the Jalgaon district. We are right in the MIDC area at Plot No. A 3/11. Being in an industrial zone like Khadki Bk. means we see a lot of people who are here for work. It’s not a touristy spot, so things are pretty practical and no-nonsense around here. The heat in Jalgaon can be something else, especially in the afternoons. We spend most of our time making sure the hotel side of things runs smoothly for the folks visiting the factories nearby. It’s a lot of routine stuff—checking the kitchen, making sure the rooms are cool, and talking to the staff. We aren't trying to be a five-star luxury place. We just want to provide a reliable place for workers and managers to stay when they’re in town. Sometimes the electricity cuts out and we have to scramble to get the generator going. That’s just life in this part of the country. We know most of our regular guests by name now. It’s a small community in the MIDC, and news travels fast. We don't do much advertising; our reputation comes from the people who stay here. We keep our heads down and just do the work. It’s a living, and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night.
