Alphaa Plast

We are located over at V-178 in the MIDC area. It’s a standard industrial plot, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, the machines are pretty much always going. We work with plastics, so there’s that constant sound of granules being moved and the heat from the molds. It’s a bit of a maze with all the bags of raw material stacked up in the corner. We don't have a lot of staff, just a core group that handles the shifts and keeps an eye on the production lines. The floor can get a little messy with bits of plastic here and there, but we sweep up at the end of the day. It’s simple work, but it takes a lot of attention to make sure the shapes come out right and the cooling is handled correctly. We don’t have a flashy office or a marketing team. Usually, the owner is right there on the floor or sitting at a small desk near the entrance. Most of the business happens through word of mouth or people just knowing we’re in the MIDC. The weather plays a big part in how the day feels—rainy days make the loading dock slippery, and summer makes the whole place feel like an oven. We just keep the machines running and wait for the next truck to arrive for pickup. It's just a basic manufacturing life for us here, day in and day out, making sure the orders are filled.
