We are located right across from Bhai Kotwal Road in Chopda. If you look for C.S. No. 2312, that is us. We do weaving. It is a lot of rhythmic noise from the looms all day long. Some people find it loud, but to us, it sounds like honest work. We have a few rows of machines and a small space for packing the finished goods. We are not a massive factory. It is more of a local operation. We have been in Jalgaon for a long time. The weather is dry, which is actually pretty good for the fabric we make. We have a few people who have been with us since we first opened the doors. They know the machines better than I do. We do not have fancy titles here and everyone just does what needs doing. If the floor needs sweeping, we sweep it. If a machine breaks, we fix it ourselves. We do not use big words or marketing talk. We just weave. The office is just a desk in the corner with a fan. We keep our records there. It is a bit dusty, but it is a real working place. We deal with people face to face mostly. The noise from the street outside sometimes mixes with the clatter of the looms. We have gotten so used to it that the silence feels strange on Sundays.
