We are Intergrated Enterprises Ltd, and you’ll find our office on Ganesh Colony Road in Jalgaon. We’re situated right near the Icfai National College. Having the college nearby means there are always students walking around, which keeps the area feeling lively. Jalgaon is our home base. Our day-to-day involves a lot of administrative and enterprise-related work. It’s not the kind of thing people write books about. It’s mostly managing files and making sure things are organized for the people we work with. The office is a bit crowded because we have a lot of stuff stored in the back. It’s not a showroom. It’s a workspace. We drink a lot of chai during the day to stay focused. We’ve got a small group of employees who have been with us for a long time. We aren’t looking to expand into some massive corporation. We’re happy right here in Maharashtra. Sometimes the rain gets heavy during monsoon season and the road outside gets a bit flooded, but we still make it in to get the work done. We don’t have any fancy slogans. We just show up, do the tasks on our desks, and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door. It’s just a normal business like any other on this street. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate our days.
