Icchadevi Weavings Private Limited

Our business, Icchadevi Weavings Private Limited, is situated in Chundhale, which is part of the Chopda Taluka in Jalgaon. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't from the local area, but we like the space we have. The setting is very rural and quiet compared to the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. We spend our days managing the weaving processes and looking after the machinery. It is a hands-on kind of job, and we don't mind getting our hands a bit dirty. The building is a basic structure that serves its purpose well. In Jalgaon, the weather really dictates how the day goes, especially during the monsoon or the peak summer. We have a routine that we follow, starting early before the heat gets too bad. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages, so it feels like a local effort. We don’t have a fancy office or a lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and find us working. We handle the orders as they come and try to keep everything organized. It’s a simple life out here in Chundhale, but the work is steady and it keeps us occupied. We just focus on the task at hand and try to do an honest day’s work without making a big fuss about it. There's always plenty to do and not enough hours, but that's life here.
