Our place is at 164 Navi Peth. If you know this area, you know how narrow the streets are and how many people are always walking around. It is a very old market part of the city. Our shop is quite small, and we have lived with the same old wooden counters for years. We do a lot of small technical work here. There’s always the smell of solder in the air and bits of wire on the floor. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to handle the equipment. Customers come in with things wrapped in newspaper or old bags, hoping we can fix them. We spend a lot of time under a magnifying glass looking at tiny parts. It can be quite tiring on the eyes. We take a lot of breaks for tea from the stall next door. The shop gets a bit dark in the back, so we have bright tube lights everywhere. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. People find us by word of mouth or just by walking past. It's a bit disorganized at times, with boxes stacked up in the corners, but we know where everything is. We just focus on getting the repairs done so people can get back to their day. It is a small space but it works fine for us. There is always something new to take apart.
