Super Plasto Tech

Plot No-11 in Auto Nagar is where we spend our days at Super Plasto Tech. Auto Nagar is a busy place, full of workshops and trucks, so there is always a layer of dust on everything. Our building is pretty straightforward, just a big open space for the machines and a small corner for the desk and files. We work with plastics, so the smell is something you just get used to after the first week. The machines are old but they still run well if you know how to talk to them. We have a small team here. Most of us live nearby, so we just walk or ride our bikes in every morning. There isn't any corporate hierarchy here; we all just do what needs doing, whether it’s moving crates or checking the molds. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon is a bit much, but we have a few fans that help. We don't really have a 'brand' or anything like that. We just have the name on the gate and the work we do every day. People come to us because we are right here in the middle of the industrial hub. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we find ways to make the time go by. We just focus on keeping the production lines moving and making sure nothing breaks down too often. The trucks outside are always loading and unloading, so it stays pretty noisy until late in the evening.
