Glenmark Goa

Even though the name is Glenmark Goa, we are actually located in Maharashtra. Specifically, we are in AP Mangrul, which is in the Chopda Taluka of the Jalgaon district. It’s a bit of a distance from any big city. The pin code is 425107. We are out in a more rural area, which is quite different from the busy city offices you see in Mumbai or Pune. It’s a very practical setup here. We don't have anything fancy or high-tech in terms of office decor. It’s just a building where we get our work done. The surroundings are mostly fields and local houses. It’s a quiet place to be. We’ve been here for a while, and everyone in the village knows where we are. Getting here involves some driving on local roads, but it’s not too bad once you know the way. We keep things very simple at Glenmark Goa. There aren't any big corporate slogans on the walls. We just focus on our daily responsibilities and make sure the work is handled correctly. It’s a small team, so we all know each other well. We eat together and talk about things other than work. It’s a very human way to run a business. We aren't looking for awards or big recognition. We just want to do our job in this quiet corner of Jalgaon and then go home to our families. It’s simple, honest work in a place that feels real to us.
