We are Dattaraj Texfab, and you can find us at post Chahardi in the Chopda taluka of Jalgaon. Our address is 1248, and it’s a place we’ve been for a good bit now. Being out here in Jalgaon means we are a bit away from the big city noise and rush, which suits us just fine for the kind of work we do. We focus on the texfab side of things, which is basically just working with cloth and fabrics all day long. The building is practical, built for work rather than for looking good. We have our looms and our storage areas, and that’s about it for the physical layout. Most of the people working here are from around the village or nearby areas. We know each other's families and how we like to work. It’s not a high-pressure corporate office environment. We start early in the morning when it's still cool outside, and we try to get most of the heavy lifting done before the sun gets too high. We deal with various types of weaving projects, and we just take it one day at a time. If someone needs fabric, they usually know where to find us or they call the office. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth in the taluka has always worked okay for us. It’s a steady business, and we take some pride in the fact that we’ve kept it going through the years without needing to make things complicated or expensive. We just stick to what we know and keep the machines running.
