Our office is located in Shankerpur Dariyapur, which is in the Hathras district. It is a pretty quiet place, far away from the rush of the big cities. We deal with information technology, which might seem a bit unusual for this area, but we have managed to make it work. The office is just a simple building. We do not have any big neon signs or a reception desk. It is mostly just us and our computers. We know almost everyone on our street, and people often stop by just to say hello. Working in Hathras means we have to deal with things like power cuts, so we have our backups ready. It is just part of life here. We do not use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. We prefer to keep things simple and easy to understand. The team is made up of local people who have grown up around here. We are more like a family than a group of coworkers. We do not have fancy titles or big office parties. Usually, we just share a meal during the day and talk about what is going on in the town. We are proud of what we do and we like being able to work in our own community. It is not a high-pressure environment, which allows us to be more careful with our work.
