If you find yourself in Kalghidhar Nagar, Santhok Pura, you’ll probably run into our place at number 5. We’ve been operating out of Jalandhar for quite some time now. Punjab has a way of being very lively, and our street is no exception. There is always a tractor or a bike passing by outside the window. Our office is a simple setup with a few tables and some old chairs we’ve had since we started. We do a lot of creative work here, though the space looks more like a regular store from the outside. We don’t have a big HR department or anything fancy. It’s just a few of us who know how to get things done. In the winters, it gets really cold, so we all sit around with heaters near our feet. In the summer, we just keep the fans going. We don’t really talk about big goals or visions. We just talk about what needs to be finished by five o’clock. Sometimes we stay late and order food from the dhaba around the corner. The work is steady and we’ve built up a decent reputation in the local area. People just drop in without calling sometimes, and we usually have time for a quick chat. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. No polish, no corporate talk, just honest work from Monday to Saturday. We like it that way and we just keep going.
