Videocon Group D T H Division

This is the Rohtak office for the Videocon Group DTH Division. We’re located over in Shakti Nagar, at number 429/19. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood, not too far from the main parts of town. We’ve been here for a while, dealing with everything related to satellite TV and dishes. The office itself isn’t anything to write home about. It’s got a couple of desks, some old posters on the wall, and usually a stack of set-top boxes in the corner waiting to be picked up. We don't go in for big marketing talk or fancy presentations. People in Rohtak usually just want their TV working so they can watch the match or the news, and that’s what we help with. It gets quite dusty here in the summer, and we’re constantly cleaning the windows, but it’s a losing battle. Our staff are local people who know the streets and the best ways to get things installed. We don't follow a strict corporate script. If you call us or walk in, you’ll just get a straight answer. Sometimes we’re out on calls and the office is a bit empty, but there’s usually someone around to take a message. Sometimes the neighbors bring over some snacks while we're checking their cables. It’s a basic operation, run by people who live right here in the area. We just focus on keeping the signal going for our neighbors and the surrounding blocks.
