Vardhaan Flex Board

So, we started Vardhaan Flex Board on Hoshiarpur Road because there wasn't much around here back then. If you know where the Khadi Mandal in Adampur Doaba is, then you've probably seen our small place nearby. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a workspace filled with rolls of flex material and the smell of ink that never really goes away. Some days it gets pretty loud when the machines are running full speed, and the floor is usually covered in scraps of plastic we haven't swept up yet. We spend most of our time just getting things ready for people who need a banner for a wedding or a shop sign. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside on the bench until it comes back. It's just a few of us here. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to answer phones with a script. Usually, someone just yells from the back if the phone rings. It’s a bit dusty because of the road traffic right outside, but it works for us. We just do the work as it comes in and try to get it out the door. People stop by after visiting the Mandal and we end up chatting about the weather or the local news more than the actual business. That’s just how things go around here in Adampur.
