If you are looking for us in Nawanshahr, we are pretty easy to find once you get into the main part of town. It’s a small place compared to the big city clinics, which I think people actually like because it doesn't feel so intimidating when you walk in. We’ve had this clinic running for a good bit of time now, and we see people coming in from all the nearby villages and smaller roads around here. The waiting room isn't huge, so it can get a bit cozy when we have several families in at once, but we have some chairs out and everyone just waits their turn. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy brochures for us. It's mostly just us doing the daily tasks, answering the phone, and keeping the records updated. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of town, but we have our backups ready so it doesn't interrupt anything important. It’s just how things go here. We know most of the shopkeepers around us, and it’s a friendly enough street. We don't try to be anything we aren't; it's just a straightforward clinic where we focus on the work at hand. Most days are busy, and there's always a lot of cleaning and organizing to do before we close up for the evening. It’s a decent place to work, and we try to keep things honest and simple for anyone who walks in through the door.
